Sandra S. Neuman was born on September 26, 1969 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated cum laude from Duquense University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She attended the Duquense University School of Law where she was a member of the Duquense Law Review, Appellate Moot Court Honor Society, and Order of the Barristers. She graduated with a Juris Doctor in June of 1994 and was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in November of 1994.

Professionally, Attorney Neuman clerked for the Honorable Martin J. O'Brien of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County and the Honorable Joseph Hudock of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. After concluding her clerkship with the Superior Court, she accepted an Associate position at the law firm of Dillon, McCandless, King, Coulter & Graham, L.L.P., where she practiced in the areas of general civil litigation and school law. Attorney Neuman has handled a wide variety of civil matters from both a plaintiff and defense prospective including general negligence, personal injury, motor vehicle law, premise liability and construction litigation. She also served as assistant general counsel to school districts and taxing authorities and has represented school districts in employee and student disciplinary matters. Attorney Neuman began working for Gismondi & Associates, P.C., in January of 2000 and focused exclusively on Plaintiffs' personal injury work.  In 2007 she began working at Richards & Richards LLP and is handling medical malpractice.
